Viewing and Acting on Spam

1. Open Wayne Gmail

2. Click "Spam" in the menu on the left side of the screen. If you don't see "Spam", you may need to click "More" at the bottom of the list.

3. You should now see all of the messages collected as spam in one list.

Blocking a message

If you notice a message in your Inbox that should be categorized as spam, check the box next to the message and press the "Report Spam" button at the top of the page. It looks like a stop sign with an exclamation mark on it.

Unblocking a Spam Message

If you find a message in your spam list that should NOT be listed as spam, right click on the message and select "Not Spam". The message will be moved to your Inbox according to the date on the email message. It will also be allowed the next time a message like this arrives again.
