Sharing Calendar

  1. Open your Wayne Calendar.

  2. On the left side of the screen, hover over the calendar with your name on it (your personal calendar) or the calendar you'd like to share, and click the three dots that appear, and select "Settings and Sharing".

  3. Go go the "Access permissions" area.

  4. If you'd like to make your calendar available to everyone, check "Make available for public" or "Make available for MSD Wayne Township." You can set the access level there as well.

  5. If you would like to share the calendar with specific people (Admin, people in your department etc.), you can share with specific people further down on the page by clicking "Add People" at the bottom of the next section.

  6. Add the email address of the person with whom you'd like to share your calendar

  7. Click on the correct email address and then select the type of access you would like to give this person.

    • Make Changes and Manage Sharing - This access gives the other person full access to your calendar. This may be used for an Admin secretary or for someone in control of a delegated calendar that you have created.

    • Make Changes to Events - This access allows the other person to only make changes to existing events on the calendar.

    • See All Event Details - This access allows the other person to only view the calendar. He/she cannot add or delete any items to or from the calendar.

    • See only free/busy (hide details) - This access allows the other person to only see when you are free or busy. No details are included about any of the items on your calendar.

  8. Click "Send" and the calendar will be shared with that specific person.
